Location

The location and view were great. The size of the rooms was perfect. 2 bathrooms are appreciable. Coffee available was very much appreciate. Decoration was good! Size of the TV was nice!

The bed-sofa in the living room was not comfortable (we feel too much the springs). The pillows of the bed were not very comfortable also. It would be appreciable to have a carafe for water in the kitchen.

The area is beautiful, the suite had enough room to accommodate us.

The building was being worked on all week. The painters took down the signs marking the building causing massive confusion and frustration upon arrival. They told us that we shouldn't be parked near the building, not to open our windows, and to not touch anything on the exterior of the building. They were starting work on the building at 8AM, waking my kids. They also left all of their supplies outside our front door. The suite was not properly cleaned. The master bed's headboard was not attached to the bed and almost came down on my wife's head while she was making the bed. Coffee pot didn't work. Very poor water pressure. No offices on site, so there was no one to help us to address any of these issues. We had to hold our trash... inside, until we left, because there's no dumpster.

Location was very nice.

Trying to access the property key was difficult. We got there after dark; 4:30 and the location of lock box was difficult to see squeezed between the door jamb. Perhaps a less tight location would work better and exterior lights on since it does get dark at 4pm this time of year. Check in is at 4pm; right around dark.

All was fine. Great location for Storyland. Clean, spacious, everything works. Better than 99% of hotels, great value. The only reason it was a 9 instead of 10 was the challenge to find it (pay attention to the name of the building, all the names are in alphabetic order).

Real tricky to find. Plenty of pots/pans/dishes/silverware/glasses. Nothing else, bring oil, sugar, salt, etc. Light on towels. Not a ton of "charm".

They have bunk bed in one room so hard for two families to share house.

Great views. Spacious apartment. Perfect for a family of 4.

The beds were very uncomfortably firm. My wife and I bath had a hard time sleeping. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
