Lovely owners with wonderful accommodation, exceptionally clean, spacious, private yard and outdoor seating area. Excellent beds and bedding, air con unit, garage parking, close to city centre and allows dogs to stay too.

Well appointed and very comfortable accommodation. It was amazing to be able to bring our fur babies with us and they were safe in the back yard. Excellent central location - you wouldn't even need a car here as you can walk to everything in town with the supermarket literally only a five minute walk. Highly recommend the Indian takeaway and the fish and shop takeaway as recommended in the folder provided - both were excellent - burgers at T&S are INCREDIBLE!!! Worth a visit (and the money!). Will definitely use this accommodation again.

It is at the high end for nightly price - could be a little cheaper when I compare with other homes we've used.

We had to ring to find the key box code as we did not receive a notification but the gentleman on the phone quickly guided us. He was polite and helpful.

Perhaps could have benefited by having a couple of fans

What an INCREDIBLE find!!!! Like a diamond in the rough, this was an absolute gem of a place to stay :) We were staying for an event nearby with all 5 of us finding this accommodation the BEST part of whole trip!! Stunning home with modern, super comfortable and clean, fresh interiors and a lovely large parking area :) The views were BEAUTIFUL, you would never know you were in the heart of Cambridge!! But in fact, just a stone's throw from food, supermarkets, shops etc! We will definitely be back <3

10/10!!! Accommodation was spacious, warm, clean and well equipped. The owners were lovely and communication was always fast and efficient. They were very accommodating allowing us an early check-in to settle our 4month old baby. There's also a portacot in the cupboard. Walking distance to retail, supermarket and restaurant. 15-20min drive to our wedding venue at the Red Barn in Tirau. Would definitely book again.

Views are amazing, comfortable beds, great modern apartment for our group. Easy parking, loved being able to walk to town (1min) Would stay again. Many thanks to Jay & family,

The location was great, the house is pretty nice, comfortable and close to everything I love it. Definitely recommend, however would like to do a recommendation as it’s a pet friendly apartment, maybe you may need to put extra protection on the fence outside in the green area, as it’s pretty unsafe for pets to go down the fence as the main road are really close.

The location was good for our planned visit to Hobbiton, just 25 minutes drive. The outlook was perfect to get us in the mood for Hobbit spotting! It’s conveniently located to walk into Cambridge. It’s comfortable and spacious. Jay and Jayne were super helpful and quick to respond when we contacted them.

We are not particularly in love with modern homes and, with five adults in the group, we would have preferred to have had a 2nd bathroom (or at least separate loo), but it suited for the purpose of our visit, and it was the best accommodation available for the dates we wanted.
