Very cozy place. Kitchen has a nice assortment of pots and pans which was good for us because we cooked most meals in.
We didn’t like that we had to go into the bathroom through a bedroom. It was inconvenient because we woke up those sleeping in the bedroom when we needed to go to the bathroom during the night.

Very comfy cozy, and home-like. It was in a family friendly neighborhood, low traffic.
The front door seemed a little wiggly, but it locked ok.

Not applicable! We didn't like anything about the place or especially the treatment by the owner when we called her.
When we saw the property, we were disappointed at its appearance and cleanliness. There was an odor of smoking in the house which caused my friend to have an allergic reaction. She lost her voice almost immediately upon entering the house. We were disappointed that we had to walk thru one bedroom to reach the other one, and thru both to reach the bathroom. When we contacted the owner about the situation, she came almost immediately and began screaming at us as soon as we said we were not happy with the place, and could not stay because of the odor of cigarette smoke inside. She yelled that it was smoke free, as indicated by the signs inside. Smoking was limited to the porch outside, she screamed at us. We asked for a refund, but she absolutely refused, and said we could go somewhere else if we didn't like it here.

Very cute old house and extremely cozy and well stocked w all things needed.
Just the few things noted above: The check out could have been more like 11 and the front door could have been a little updated to feel more secure in the sense of safety. There was a metal bin in the kitchen that had moldy looking dog food bits or something in it. The AC units should’ve been removed as it was nearly below freezing when we stayed so the room w the AC beside the bed, that person froze to death as air conditioning as coming in around the AC unit.

The convenience of being able to cook our meals. They decorated it nicely for Christmas.
Steep stairs to front door were hard for my wife and I to climb. The ceilings were about 6'4" and barely cleared my head. The house is marketed as a farmhouse but is actually a small home in a somewhat rundown section of town. The beds were full size so my wife and I had to sleep separately.

This farm house was so cozy and comfortable. Bryson city is seconds away and it is so relaxing. I can't wait to go back.

This was exactly what my children and I were looking for. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place was immaculately cleaned. It felt very welcoming, like a personal space that the owners genuinely wanted to share.
To give any kind of critical feedback would be tough. I am an older gentleman, so getting up the stairs from the street to the house was a bit of a personal triumph. The location of the bathroom from a 2-bedroom standpoint was a bit odd.

This was a very quaint and comfortable old farm house. It has a history and the owners kept that charm! It was very clean and very quiet. It felt like visiting an older family members home to me. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! Hosts made themselves very accessible but were not intrusive at all. We will stay again when we come to the area!

Window ac in living room, so the living room was freezing while the the rest of the house was warm. The way the house and rooms are the ac can not circulate through the house. Terrible setup.
Would be okay in the winter time, every room has baseboard heat.
The rollout bed had spiders living in it and something was in the other beds, a few bites (didn't look like bed bugs).

Quaint house was decorated for Christmas which was great ,we were in Bryson City for the Polar Express train ride .Would
highly recommend a stay here so comfortable and much nicer than a hotel iked

Great little weekend hideaway. Not too fancy, which is perfect for us. Had kind of a “summer camp” vibe/feeling to it. We had a blast in the surrounding area and it was always easy to come back here at the end of each day.
