it’s size and very central location

We had a great time, however there were a few niggles which didn’t really alter our stay but would have helped to make it even better. The apartment has been cleverly designed and decorated to utilise every part of available space. Both bedrooms are roomy and the beds are very comfy. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, the toilet and shower rooms are both very narrow but well designed.

Didn’t realise that the apartment was on the top floor (4th) of a traditional tenement style building. The flight of stairs were a bit of a struggle for my elderly parents. The apartment did not have any information and a little basic knowledge of the area would have helped enormously, such as supermarkets, parking, what to do with rubbish/recycling, local places of interest etc. WiFi was excellent, however the tv was complicated to use and again no instructions.

Location was great, communication was great throughout, apartment itself was perfect. Very clean, well setup. No complaints about anything within the owners control.

There was a WiFi issue with the provider, not the owners fualt. We managed to work around it by mirroring our screen from our phones to the TV as it was a smart TV.

Beautiful clean apartment. we will definitely stay again. we loved how cozy the place was and would recommend anyone visiting the area to stay at the portside. thanks

Hot water did not work. And smelliest garbage bin. Otherwise terrific.

Lovely and clean, good communication with host, easy access to apartment and brilliant kitchen facilities.

Location was really nice, had no problems getting out and about, places to eat also not far from the port and was able to take a ferry too with my car! Really lovely and can't fault host was easy to reach via phone.

We want from England during kids holiday you have to bare in mind in Scotland kids were still going to school and this is a residential area and property and have to be mindful of noise and other families and kids who were putting their children to bed!

The apartment was greatly decorated throughout it was very comfortable with a fantastic shower and very continently located

The fact that we had to walk up 8 flights of steps in the dark with my 3 young children as none of the lights worked except the top one,then the free parking on site was from 6pm to 8.15 ment we had to get up at 7.30 to go and move our car 2 streets away so we didn't get parking tickets.the toilet seat was too small for the toilet and their was sones hair in the shower cubicle and on top of the bin in their too so we ended up stopping one night and got a refund for the other two nights.
