Location was great, right in the centre and near public parking for 10 euro per day. Clean room and friendly staff.

It was too hot in the room to sleep, no airflow, no fan, no aircon and bedside lights were broken

The room is across from the tram station and is very noisy, especially because windows were open to try to cool room at night . There is no a/c or fan. The terrace is for the restaurant.

Perfect location, very close to the train station Jena-Paradies and in walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The room was clean, the personal was very friendly and welcoming. Comfortable and quiet, even though it's near the trams. 10/10 would recommend.

-Breakfast not included -Need to update the Wi-fi subscription every 2 hours -When I entered...check-in done in a very superficial way, I was standing up near the door confused, asking "Do you want to see my ID card? Do you want to see the code of the room I booked?" -I wasn't able to recognize who work there, when I left my luggage I was feeling a little bit uncomfortable -The room wasn't ready for my entrance, I was tired waiting outside just for that and I needed to come later again -Wanted to have a dinner downstairs but was all busy, asked if possible to receive the dinner in my room but I received as reply to just wait until some seats will be available (but I honestly think I didn't explained myself well)
