Very lovely and polite staff, and a very helpful and friendly receptionist. Nice shower, comfortable bed. Room was a great size for solo traveller and a beautiful location.

Hotel zasługuje na jak najlepszą opinię z uwagi na życzliwość ludzi prowadzących go i ich bezproblemowe, elastyczne podejście do gości. Akurat w okresie zaplanowanego pobytu w hotelu (druga połowa kwietnia) w regionie doszło do załamania pogody, spadł obfity śnieg, co w praktyce uniemożliwiło jakiekolwiek zwiedzanie okolicy, a już zwłaszcza objazd kanionu. I pomimo tego, że miałem zarezerwowany dłuższy pobyt nie było najmniejszego problemu z jego modyfikacją już w trakcie jego trwania, bezproblemowo został skrócony i to bez naliczania z tego tytułu żadnych kosztów. Tego rodzaju zachowanie zasługuje na szczególne uznanie i docenienie. A poza super podejściem do gości na słowa uznania zasługują także śniadania serwowane w obiekcie, które charakteryzują się sporą różnorodnością i przeplataniem elementów typowego francuskiego śniadania z elementami śniadania europejskiego, co powinno umożliwić każdemu znalezienie czegoś co trafia w jego gust. Ponadto, doceniam również i to, że pomimo tego, że byłem pierwszym gościem w sezonie letnim 2024 w swoim pokoju hotelowym było w nim naprawdę bardzo czysto, a po odkręceniu kaloryfera dosłownie w przeciągu godziny zrobiło się naprawdę super ciepło. A i same pokoje hotelowe i ich wielkość zdecydowanie są wystarczające dla swobodnego pobytu.

Absolutnie nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń i wiem, że jak będą raz jeszcze podejmował próbę objechania kanionu Verdon to na pewno zatrzymam się w tym właśnie hotelu.

Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Lovely room with all expected amenities Inc towels, soap etc. Great shower. Heated towel rail which was great as I washed all my cycle kit! Restaurant was closed but they recommended their sister hotel, which I ate at. Fantastic food! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Great place

It’s right in the centre and has a traditional old French look to it. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are modern and work perfectly. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff were all very welcoming and looked after us well, even housing our bicycles in an inside room.

In the center of castellane, free parking spot, beautiful view of the Mountains, the staff is nice. Big shower.

At night it is very difficult to sleep properly if you have a room on the side of the main square. The room does not have AC, so you must open the window; one night at 2.30 AM there where people drinking and shouting in the Square. Another at 3 AM two people fighting. Another one at 5.30AM the bar/pub at 50 meters started to move and hit metal chairs and tables outside to prepare for the morning opening, the same happened another day at 6Am and another at 6.30Am. That means you will wake up and close the window. And you will wake up again after few hours because it will get too hot, or you would stay awake... If you must stay in this hotel ask for a room on the other side of the building. In the bathroom there is no bidet, no window and no air fan.
