The construction close to this place

Easy parking for large vehicle. Very courteous host. We had a clean room with a private bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet. What you see in the picture is really what you get, no false representation :)

Pretty great area. Only improvement: the towels washed too often. They felt really rough on the skin. They need to be upgraded to newer softer ones. Other than that, great place.

It felt good to have a clean and quiet place to sleep for a very reasonable price on my travels.

Both my wife and I moved to Canada and this was our first proper experience within this country. Ben and his wife took such good care of us. The places was reasonably priced but my wife and I were not comfortable with spending money on take out as we were still new. Day by day Ben helped us out, our cooking place had new ingredients every morning. First the cooking oil, then the soy sauce. We never asked, he never pointed it out. It went unsaid but we truly do appreciate your kind gesture Ben. The laundry facilities were also very reasonably priced. When my wife and I moved to a more permanent place Ben once again helped us out with a really great offer and provided a Bed and a Mattress. He even delivered it to our new place.

The place is beautiful with it being so close to the forest. But for a newcomer who isn’t used to much walking considering I only traveled by private vehicle in my home country, there is a bit of a walk from the bus stand. But within the two weeks we stayed, my fitness levels increased significantly.

The room is on the second floor of a house. It is clean and spacious with all essentials available. The host is super friendly and easy going. Simply breakfast and coffee were provided for free.

By public transport it takes some time to reach the city centre of Vancouver
