Good food

Bad smell in the bathroom, no shampoo, no shower gel. Could not take the shower after long day. Need more cleaning, cobwebs and spiders in the bathroom. The same in the restaurant sticky floor and not clean.No food menu in English

Beautiful location and building. The area was really peaceful and lovely. The apartment had everything we needed and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we also had a nice dinner in the restaurant.

2nd time we’ve stayed here on our way to another location. very well located, a few kilometres from the a2 highway. incredible value for money. super nice apartments, very clean and comfortable. staff very nice. will definitely come back.

Very nice and new hotel. You can literally feel it is new - in a good way. I was staying in a deluxe suite with two rooms and kitchen as no other room was available. The kitchen was properly equipped with all the cutlery, plates etc. There was a coffee machine and selection of teas if I remember well. My stay was very pleasant and the room was quiet. Good and stable WiFi is a plus as well.

I know that I was staying in a middle of Germany but the fact that in object of this class only the owner speaks English is pretty surprising and not in a good way. The location of the hotel is on one hand very nice - it is by the river in a quiet, foresty/parky environment but the roads leading to it - that is another story - get ready for pretty bumpy and shaky road. Last but not least. I was staying there just the night before Christmas. The hotel felt completely empty. The parking lot was not even 25% full and even though I paid 100 euros for one night, for the best room they had - I still had to pay additional 10 euros for a parking spot which felt... unsavory.

Location was great, we had a family room / apartment which was very beautiful and included a very well equipped kitchen (which we didn't use, but it was nevertheless impressive), nice view from the balcony.

The sofa bed is not the most comfortable. It would be good to add a topper or maybe even to offer an apartment with a second full bed instead of the sofa (quadruple room). L.E.: I must say that meanwhile I discovered this is an issue at most hotels that offer triple/quadruple rooms - it seems that a sofa is common instead of a second bed. In the end, this one here was better than others elsewhere.

A good selection of dishes. One feels welcome even as a family.

The place in the city park is not very well connected. You have to arrive by car.

Lovely Hotel in a beautiful Location. The room was very spacious and clean, with a beautiful balcony as well. The personell working there is very nice and helpful.

Checkout from 8 a.m., was hoping to check out earlier but other than that this is a perfect hotel.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful natural setting. The room is clean and modern. The staff was very friendly, I had a car rental problem, the staff took a long time to help me solve the problem, thank them very much.

Location and surrounding is superb

Breakfast (hardly any fresh fruit) and service around breakfast (nobody around to approach for requests) was a bit disappointing.

Nice , clean room. Kitchenette included all. Nice view from the balcony.

I booked room for 2 adults and 2 children. When we arrived, they charged me for an extra bed. Nobody speaks English enough to explain why they are charging me for an extra bed. They started to blame Booking.com for something , but couldn't explain. And of course customer service of Booking.com just did nothing to resolve this situation. Last time I am using Booking.com.

Spaciuous comfy room in quiet and pieceful surrondings. Pleasant and welcoming staff.

The guests attention should in advance be drawn to the parking charge in the hotel's garage and that the parking outside hotel is prohibited.

It is absolutely calm and comfortable place, in amazing park near the river. The room was clean and cosy. We have really enjoyed staying there for a night on our way to the North of Europe
