Nothing at all

Everything! They charged us for extra towel just because the towel got messed up with small spots of colors and they charged us extra 1000 rs. The owner was not cooperative at all, We offered that they can take the money accordingly to the cleaning and everything but they charged us directly. Pathetic. No customer service at all. No service like a good hotel at all. Literally won't recommend anyone this hotel at all. Truly waste of money.

Only good thing is the location.

Beds are super small, no room service, I kept complaining about the leaking flush but nothing happened.

the view of Laxman jhula from this property is amazing. nice location and cooperative service staff.
