Perfect location for kids attending water sports course at Rockley (5min walk)

Not owners fault but impossible to dry clothes in packed caravan on a wet day! Beds very small (but again standard caravan issue - we just happen to have very tall people in our group!)

The location is good

There is no internet They asked me for 300£ deposit when I arrived ( they didn’t mention that during the reservation)

We would have given 100% if it wasnt for the niggley issues, as overall we were impressed. Email recieved to tell us we could check in early, which was great. Caravan was very clean and tidy on arrival. The linen and quilts on beds were good quality and clean. The shower was nice and powerful and it was nice having two toilets. Happy that the caravan looked exactly the same as the photos.

Main bedroom size is extremely small with very little room to move expecially to the sides of the bed and there is no storeage space in the wardrobes as they are rammed full of extra bedding, pillows and blankets. No dressing table or anywhere else to put stuff like makeup, cleaner etc, a shelf would be good. TBH, we lived out of our bags as we couldn't unpack. No tin opener or bottle opener.

immaculate property, owners easy to talk to and quickly responded and was perfect for our stay.

missing baking trays, not owners fault, appears they went wandering, but spoke to the owner who replied straight away and was incredibly helpful.

Luxury design for a cheaper price and smart spaces all around 😊
