The view over the lake and the nature around.

We DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! The host that we met at the venue demanded us to pay 100 euro as deposit even though there was no information about it on booking.com and our credit card was plotted inn correctly. Furthermore we were informed that we will have to pay 2,5 pln for every single kw of electricity during our stay - this type of information wasn't communicated at all. The offer on booking says, somewhere at the very bottom of the offer, that extra charges may occure. This should've been communicated in a much more directly as in reality they take paid for using the frigde and warm water. The host at the venue distances herself to booking by saying that she has a rent contract with German TUI and has nothing to do with booking.com. Hopeless. The whole house stunk mold and mustiness. I cannot say if it was in the walls or furniture, but the fact is that everyone had terrible headache, and some of us also cough after couple hours in the house. The house wasn't cleaned good enough (especially handles in the kitchen were sticky and dirty so do not belive the description that venue is desensitised between guests). Beds old, worn out and uncomfortable. On the top of that, at the end the host tried to make us pay for stain on a wall that had been there all the time and we cleaned the house much better as is was when we came. Still, we tried to do the best out of our stay in Szczecin which is a beautiful city. end up going out for trips all the time, only to stay in the house as little as possible.
