The location was ideal for getting to the railway station and the old town. The room was comfortable and very clean.

All the furniture is very old, and needs to be repaired, or replaced with a new one, the chair was wobbly, the mirror in the bathroom hung on one mount, so it was crooked, the pillow needed to be changed a long time ago

The hotel is on the very noisy and bustling road. The windows have a gap and that means that you feel like being on Moto GP race in the middle of the night. I slept really bad.

Water pressure/temperature in the shower was hard to regulate, the toilet flush was also weak

They allocated us to another apartment (which is about 500m away from the original place) without any notice in advance. It was raining day and we had a big problem to check in without any reception and support. After 1 hour on the street, we found that there were different addresses on the online check-in app and given address from the host. We sent an email to the host and asked to explain the situation. The host called us in evening and told us that his colleague forgot to inform us about new apartment address. He explained that the air conditioning of the original apartment was broken. Everybody could make mistake, however their response after the mistake was not appropriate at all. It was very unfortunate and non pleasant experience, especially with family and big luggages.

The pressure of the water was poor. If your flight is leaving after 15:00, they only keep your luggage till 13:00. Our flight was leaving at 19:40. They didn’t give a damn. So if you are staying here definitely prebook a luggage locker at stowyourluggage the only one nearby.

Despite the confirmation, there was no cot in the room. And there was no hand shower or bathtub for children.
