the views and the room was awesome

the gym, hot tub was dirty, security guard was rude, wasn’t a rug in the living room

Security features. Beach and views of it. Hurricane Doors. Elevators with cameras. Master Bed was very comfortable. Large and small appliances. The seperate ice maker. Satellite. The great deck chairs! Guard shack-the lady we talked to was great. Very knowledgeable about our room and other information. We felt at home in the unit. :)

Cameras above parking area. No information in the “lobby”. In the women’s restroom in the lobby, the Main door(wooden) was broken in the hinge area. Door very hard to open. Directions for the sauna. In our unit, the ice maker under the bar, had visible black mold growing above the ice drop. No safety guard(s) on the in-sink food disposal. The lights above the stove were blown or not functioning. One of the bar chairs was broken. The chair was a rope woven chair with a back. The entire chair was very wobbly and also not level. Couldn’t use. The huge drapes were great, however, they need to be cleaned. Only a few hangers in the whole unit. About 10 total for 3 bedrooms and 11 potential guests. Only 3 Lrg plastic cups. More would have been nice. The rest of the glasses, dishes, pots, pans and utensils, were very well stocked. No cameras visible in the public area of our floor.

You already aid there us no breakfast with this property, it was on your initial email. Why are you asking me about breakfast? we did not stay at Colonnades 4. there is no clonnades 4 as fas as I know. We stayed at Colonnades 302 whe we had actully booked 1402. so you see you are confused all around. You knowingly or not kniwingly tricked us. I will review
