Very clean rooms, it has parking lot, we were given extra blankets. Very happy with our stay.

super noisy, you could hear every car passing by even if we were far from the main boulevard. it wasn’t well cleaned … they could do much better .

Asked for extra towels the shower water spilled trough the bottom of the glass door -there were no floor mats to step out of the shower risking falling /injury , towels arrived 4 hrs later at check out (no clean towels were changed the morning of departure ) service at breakfast was very , very slow had to ask for coffee to be changed it was cold , very disappointing .

Easy access to hotel

The location was excellent, the restaurante was very good and the pool was good

I asked for a room in the main floor in the reservation because my parents are olders but the hotel didn't give me that and they only have rooms in the 4th floor. Very disappointment

Location close to airport and town, there's an oxxo just outside which was super handy. Pool was a good size. Bathroom was spacious. You could pay extra for a breakfast buffet with more choice. Staff were helpful.

The AC unit was very noisy and inefficient, it really didn't cool down the room. No hangers in the wardrobe. Tiles missing at the bottom of the pool which is very dangerous. There were only 2 sun loungers by the pool, one bottle of water in the room for 2 people, no bath mat on a tiled floor. Poor lighting, no sitting room area, very motel like with the only view being the car park and the corridor outside. Limited breakfast.

Very noisy rooms. No isolation for noise from the outside or next-door rooms.
