Close to tube on Picadilly Line and close to shops. Neighbour area quiet and felt safe for our family. Washing machine useful during our stay

Would benefit from comfier beds and new towels and furniture-sofas and kitchen seating well worn. Would be beneficial to have clothes line/drying facilities for clothes and towels

Excellent location close to the underground, nice neighbourhood,property was clean and rooms are a very good size. Modern clean bathroom and kitchen had plenty cups plates etc, nice having dishwasher tables supplied Safe parking

Towels and bed linen have been well worn and seen better days For a rental should be replaced

The bath towels are too wore out,the deposit iis not refunded proactively,and the landlord's attitude is rarely bad.

It has lots of space and it is a 12-minute walking distance to the metro (40 mins away from the city). Everything was very clean and comfortable for the 3 of us.

The host gives you the info minutes before entering the apartment. You need to pay a deposit of 150 pounds and then they give you the info. They were a bit rude when we contacted them by phone. No great customer service. You can hear the planes and there is too much light in one of the rooms (curtains are not enough). It was very hot and the fan in one room was old and noisy so I couldn't use it.

Cleanliness, renovated.

Grass in yard was at least 2 feet tall. Son was not able to play in the yard.

the house is just like the pictures and was clean, the walls need freshening up but nothing major

not enough cutlery for 4: the communication is very poor, it seems that this is reneted by an agency which doesn't care much about costumer service; all of the messages/ questions on booking messages stayed unreplied and we got generic copy-paste instructions and no answers to our questions; when on vacation stressing about will you have a place to sleep because the accommodation is not replying is not what one wants/ expects; the check in instructions were sent via booking after the deposit of 150£ was paid and we were in the metro to get there so just FYi for everyone that there is a deposit that needs to be paid via a bank transacion and was paid back to us a couple of days after we left

the property was lovely and in a really good location for public transport into London

there were quite a few marks on the walls which we took photos of to ensure these did not affect our deposit refund
