I did not take any Breakfast. It is not complimentary. They said they do not have restaurant of their own.

I tried to check in with speed. But even after completing payment, they have told me wait due to their own issues with lock & room boy. Wait time was about 15 minutes.

Overall my stay at this facility is highly unsatisfactory. To start with bed sheets and pillow covers were pretty much in soiled state. Looks as if they were reused after last occupancy. Found a couple of BLOOD STAINS on the bed. Midnight power failure occurred in our room where as other rooms had power. We were provided with another room and had to shift during midnight. Breakfast was included in the price; but strangely they procured our breakfast from outside. Took more than one hour to provide the ordered breakfast. It was delivered at around 9.00 am while we were checking out. For 3 star category here they were reusing the bed sheets and very strongly suspect that they are not cleaning after being used. Most importantly the BLOOD STAINS in the bedsheets is the most important concern and power failure during the night and shifting to another room during midnight are enough reasons for not at all being satisfactory. BLOOD STAINS on the blankets leads me to suspect about commitment of the facility management here. I booked this reservation through Booking.com. In view of seriousness of the inconvenience caused to us and as a good will expect the facility management or Booking.com to arrange for complete refund of the amount paid. Anything less than the full refund will not satisfy me. Thank you.

Room and bathroom was dirty. Bed linens not changed for a while. Checked in at 6am and the hotel manager denied breakfast though the rate is inclusive. He says he will provide next day only. How can he provide at 5.00 am if we check out after 24 hours not acceptable. No value for money.

No proper approach for reception. Fully commercial spaces are occupied. No restaurant No room service. Not worth for booking.com
