just couldn’t work out if aircon had cooling as it is called heating and cooling in guide but then referred to as heating only. the house wasn’t too hot though. it was unusually hot in Orange when we were there

Good Location

A beautifully maintained home right in the heart of Orange. Home is beautifully styled with little added touches to make your stay more comfortable. Commication with hosts is excellent and the property is easy to access. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if travelling to Orange.

This place is absolute perfection. I can’t imagine going to Orange and staying anywhere else. It was just like being at home and seemed a good example of the lovely heritage homes in Orange. The kitchen is well stocked, great wifi, it’s warm in winter and it’s lovely and quiet. It’s close to plenty of things however in winter you may find you want to drive.. it’s a chilly 15 min walk to most places otherwise. It’s generally a great base for the Central West touring.

Honestly nothing - if I’m being picky though - a major pet peeve of mine is properties advertising they have washing facilities and coffee making facilities then not providing the basics so you can use them. There was no washing powder or coffee pods at the property. We bought the washing powder and left it… refused to buy the coffee pods for them. The price charged for the property suggests these things should be a basic stocked item.

loved the beautiful house, handy location and cleanliness of the property.

the bedroom at the front of the house had see through curtains and so you couldn't get dressed in there. Curtains not thick enough to block out the street light which was right out the front of the house.

Beautifully decorated. Great heating switched on for our arrival. Electric blankets. Very clean and centrally located. A beautiful property to stay in.

Maybe a blind in the front bedroom to block out the street light which shines into the room, at night the room is not very dark.

The home was beautiful and dealing with the agents was easy. Extended our stay a few days and they were very easy to deal with. We were there because of my mum in hospital but if I ever need to stay again this would be my first option. Thank you

Location was excellent. The renovations to the 1920s house were great.

No outdoor furniture. Would have been nice to sit in the back yard. The one toilet/bathroom not a problem with 2 people, but certainly would be with 6.

Both the location and accommodation was excellent , really enjoyed the stay

lovely house, generous rooms, lovey back yard. great books, nice furniture, styling, plates and bowls. comfortable beds.

front gate heavy to lift. very tight parking space. bath plugs not correct size so water flows out. front bedroom doesn’t have black out blinds and it’s street facing. broken blind in second bed room. one bedside lamp in third bedroom not plugged in. no milk provided for tea and coffee. a bit more maintenance required at the property.

it was great to have 2 lounge rooms and a bit of space

the front room was vey noisy as night and the street lights just shinned in the front room. the traffic was going all night lone and didn’t get much sleep
