The hotel has an amazing location in the old city. In addition, it is near the beach and the central part of the city. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is also worth mentioning. On the whole, I highly recommend everyone stay at this hotel and spend a great time in Batumi.

I liked everything.

Location was very central.

There were no staff or security at the entrance / reception, only a phone number to call for assistance. The phone in the room didn't work.The breakfast was very poor and the one staff was unhelpful and ignorant. The only helpful staff member was at a reception in a related hotel across the plaza. There was a restaurant and bar next door which was equally unhelpful, the staff seemed to work in fear of a manager.

The bathroom in the room has no door. this is a bad thing. You cannot call the reception from the phone in the room. If you need to talk to them, you have to leave the room and building and go to the office across the square. it is really hard

Balconies and views very good. Rooms were large and pleasant.

Breakfasts terrible for International Hotel. Reception not always manned. Aircon broke down and required room change.

One of the best places to stay I’m Batumi . The value for money just exceeded our expectations !!!

Only one front desk responsible lady was taking care all the hotels in Piazza which was not sufficient. I guess this is because of pandemic conditions.

Perfect location.Everithing was ok.

Time for room's restoration and to take an attention for wifi speed .
