The room and washroom were clean and staff was supportive even in middle of night

I liked nothing.
They didn't even have material to prepare the breakfast and bought from outside vendor. AC wasn't working. Door knob was already broken but they charged in 500 INR.
Door lock wasn't working, seepage in rooms and foul smell.

The food was great. The wifi was still getting installed when I was checked in. But the existing one was ok.
The cleanliness of the room . It was dirty with one window toward the bed had a broken latch. The bathroom had issues too. Some of the basic stuff which is found in good hotels were missing like hand towels.

Staff Service, attitude and treatment were very good, excellent. Room was comfortable, value for money, fancyish, large. Appliances were all in working order. Decorations were pleasing.
Bedsheets weren't clean. They were not only not clean but they had stains on it. And the mattress was too squishy
