Operating the bathtub water mixer to get lukewarm water was a big challenge. The mixer not user-friendly. In addition, the boiling kettle not properly cleaned

It is in downtown. Very convenient. You may cook. They provide cookers. It is nice.

They do not refresh things like bin bags and dish washing block no matter how long you live there.

The parking should have been marketed properly to let people be aware and budget fir if they choose the Accomodation.

our flat backed on to an alley where garbage was collected nightly in the middle of the night so the guest staying on the couch heard clanking bottles from recycling collection and trucks every night

We usually book with portfolio apartments and everything is satisfactory, however enough is enough. We were sent all of our check in information and check out information - in our check out email it says check out at 11am. Please tell me why the cleaners WALKED INTO OUR ROOM at 9.30am. Talking about they have a tight schedule and need to start early?? Bearing in mind me and my partner were in our underwear and felt extremely embarrassed. Not only was this extremely rude and intrusive, after this had happened the cleaners were extremely rude and stated that they can’t wait for our check out time as they have a long schedule. All I asked of them was patience for us to pack our things- we did not even get to shower or brush our teeth. They continuously every 5 minutes kept knocking our door and making us feel like we were squatting or something. When we then allowed them in, WHILST WE WERE PACKING they were then cleaning and making comments about us. To top up this whole experience, you are given an out of service number to use if there are any problems such as this- NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. I have called this number 6 times today and no response. So if booking with portfolio apartments just be aware to sleep with a full outfit on as you can be walked in on at any time and told to vacate.

definitely these properties are good & decent that’s the reason we keep booking same portfolio apartments when ever we come down to Welwyn Garden city, but this time it was unfortunate for us to manage with toilet flush issue.

toilet flush was not working throughout our stay & we had to struggle lifting buckets of water to flush it manually.

Generally the apartment was good but the kitchen ware (pots and pans etc)was not the cleanest. The cutlery was very cheap and nasty and in very short supply. The crockery was ok but again very short supply.

Nicely decorated and well furnished appartment. Close to restaurants, services and parking

The appartment is recommended for 4 adults. The sofa bed is not large enough for 2. The one bedroom appartment is perfect for 2, but certainly not for 4.
