The location was excellent for walking into town. The house was clean & modernised. Parking was good for two cars. The area was quiet at night. Beds comfy.

The steep stairs to the bedrooms. The second bathroom was an issue at night, down The steep stairs through the dining room & kitchen. When the stairs light was on at night it completely illuminated the master bedroom!! Inability to turn lights off once in bed. Insufficient crockery & only 2 dishwasher tablets!! Why the Scrooge attitude? The cutlery was VERY poor quality. No instructions for any equipment including TV. These can all be remedied so easily at at very little cost.

Great location

Is not suitable for 6 adults as the sofa bed is tiny and very uncomfortable. Had not been cleaned to an acceptable level on arrival- visable pubic hair in Bath room and Blood specks on sheets in 1 bedroom. Not enough toilet paper for a 2 night stay for 6 adults.

The position of the property being so close the Hereford was excellent. private parking and quiet property.

House was lovely will hopefully be booking it again next time we're down to see family again

Property was easy to locate, in close proximity to the centre. Secure parking at the property, without any need for reservation. Great having two bathrooms. Loved the ensuite! Beds were comfortable. Home was lovely and warm. Didn't use the TV much, except for the news first thing, but plenty of options were made available.

Struggled to locate lock box, it may have helped if we had been advised it would be out of site.

House was very comfortable and met all our needs. Beautiful decoration- newly refurbished in modern clean style.

The upstairs bathroom was an en suite and therefore wasn’t accessible to the second upstairs bedroom though the downstairs bathroom and shower could be used by all. .

The house was beautifully furnished to a very high standard, with everything we needed. Tea, coffee, sugar, shower gel, washing up liquid, and hand wash were all provided. It was a short walk to the city and had parking for 2 cars.

Because of the extreme heat during our stay it was sometimes hard to close and lock the front door properly; fortunately it worked each time we left the house.
