The apartments are located near the sea in an apartment building. There is a public beach and a promenade with a cafe

Spartan or scout living conditions, a gas cylinder for a stove, a minimum of dishes, the Internet and TV did not work, the air conditioner had to be controlled so that the balcony was not flooded with water.

There was a power cut in the building (not in the apartment) for several hours. The landing and stairwell was pitch black with no emergency lighting. I could not find the stairs in the darkness. When I texted the owner he didn't reply, I then telephoned him and he said it wasn't his problem as it was a building problem. Occasionally a resident would come up the stairs armed with a torch which suggests that this is a common problem. If there was a fire it would be a death-trap. The property was difficult to find as it's No 4A, not No 44 as on Booking.com. I eventually found it by asking the Bar owner. When I left, the owner wrongly accused me of taking the keys, and called me several times through the day whichruined my day..

Location and view are excellent. The unit is basic but with everything you need for a couple of days. Really close to the beach. Easy parking during our stay. Excellent price for what the place offers.

1. the broken sofa is covered by a broken mattress, 2. the toilet is right next to the curtained shower, it gets all wet. 3. the coffee powder was sour already 4. found many hairs from one of the bed 5. door handle was broken

Comfortable apartment in a great location.

Kind of good location - close to the beach (approx. 400m), partial view of the sea, passable balcony, price, sort of calm no big noise although close to the busy road. A bar/shop (just a basic stuff) beneath the flat - you can go there and get what you need.

The owner does not maintain the flat much, it really looks very cheap and poor. There are hidden drawbacks, such as shower enclosure area shared directly with a toilet - anytime you get a shower, toilet gets nastily wet. No curtain in the bedroom, not working window blinds at all so you get sun in the room at 6 am. Continuing, there is no table with chairs on the balcony, so you have to move table from the kitchen there. Furniture is obviously second handed. From kitchen, the fridge is okay, the rest is tragic. The owner left us full dustbin on the balcony, so we had to separate our garbage ourselves into bags. Another joke was a bedside lamp with no bulb with no close socket to be plugged in.
