Everything. The family room was big enough for me and my husband and our two small children. The staffs were also helpful. Breakfast was also good.

Stayed at this hotel last year, great stay, fantastic restaurant! Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Great rooms and bathroom which are very clean.

I stayed during a Saturday evening and it was very loud in the halls and other rooms from 4am onwards.

The hotel is located next to what looks like a very popular bar. There were people shouting from late at night until the early hours of the next day. There were drunk people staying on our floor and running through the hallways and banging on guests' doors late into the night. The bar is run by the company that owns the hotel (if I remember correctly). The staff could have easily avoided this annoyance, but decided not to. Although the hotel facilities are nice and clean, we would not choose this hotel again because as it is pitifully not a quiet family place The hotel is located next to what looks like a very popular bar.
