Location was great to Waikiki and the university. Cool views.
There wasn’t a bathroom sink. The bed frame felt like it was going to break. The kitchen wasn’t really for cooking. No stovetop or oven. Not sure how that was suppose to happen.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to stores.
Wish they had free parking. There is free parking on the street if you’re lucky. We only had to pay for Valet parking one night. The rest of our stay, we were able to find parking on the street.

The location is great. It's in the middle of the strip great for shopping and about a 7 min walk to the beach. No rental car needed.
When I arrived the owner did not send me the code for entry and was not available to answer his phone. I waited about an hour 1/2 to gain access to the apartment after a long day of travel when the owner finally decided to call back to give me the code for entry.

Ease in checking in, the host was very helpful and accommodating.
No sink in bathroom, bed was uncomfortable and made alot of noise when you moved so much that our family members all wore noise canceling headphones to bed. The 2 nd bed was a futon very uncomfortable didn't have blankets for first night had to ask host for blankets for next night which they had delivered the next afternoon.

Location was ok, balcony was good to get out of the tiny space inside.
Was totally misrepresented in the description- this was not a 2 bedroom apartment- it was one tiny room. Bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable. Lots missing from list of facilities. It was not”part” of hotel complex so front desk could not help at all.
Had to buy toilet paper and garbage bags, owner did provide after day 3. No sink in bathroom for washing purposes. Extremely dissatisfied after previous bookings with Booking.com- it completely spoiled our family celebration- nobody would reply to our problems/issues with this poorly maintained apartment- we were given a cancellation cost and chance to pay for other accommodation.
