The property was recently renovated to a high standard

The property was great for a ‘pass through’ stay, but the immediate local area did not have much to offer.

The rooms were super clean and Shelly, the Inn keeper was amazing. So accommodating and she single handedly made us feel so welcomed and appreciated. The breakfast was superb and we loved the dining area. Well appointed and classy.

Beds were not that comfortable. Room needed a additional mirror for getting ready in the morning.

The property is beautiful and every detail is taken care of. The place is quite remote, so it is for people who like the quietness and willing to drive 20 minutes for dinner. Drew was an excellent host.

This is a diamond that is too good to share but ... can't keep it to myself! Felt like royalty! Immaculately clean, comfortable, convenient to all the Ithica destinations. This is a "You would be blessed to get a booking" location for weddings, getaway or church retreat! In a world where service is take what you can get, this Inn is fine champagne on a real person's budget. Can't wait to return!!!

Everything was perfect! Our hosts were so lovely and kind to us and the other guests. The room was clean and exactly like in the pictures. Breakfast was very delicious with everything we wanted. We would love to stay here again for our next America vacation :)

The facilities were beautiful and clean. Our room was very comfortable. The host was fabulous!! She even made me a birthday cake. And breakfast was amazing. The quality of our stay was exceptional for the price!

We loved this Inn. It was built in 1921 and had beautiful features like the wide staircase with railing one sees when coming in the front door. Also lots of details like French doors, beautiful molding, high ceilings, hardwood floors and period furniture.

We loved everything about the Inn.

The location is great for visiting the finger lakes region. The hospitality is excellent.

Not much to Groton

staff were proactive reaching out in advance to make sure we had all the directions. house itself is typical b&b - not outstanding but better than what I expected. in room coffee is a nice touch. breakfast was fine. The town isn’t much but the area is beautiful.

pillows are bad. flavored coffee at breakfast sent several guests back to their room to make a k cup. if you love coffee, keep your expectations at that level.

Drew and his team are wonderful hosts. The rooms and beds are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is 1000% better than a chain hotel. And the history of Groton and its connection to our past is amazing.
