Good location if you're visiting sofi or intuit dome, friendly staff who were very busy but were very accommodating, it's a newly refurbed hotel so its modern, clean and tidy. You can walk to sofi in about 15 minutes or the dome is literally next door.

The check in time is far too late, the rooms, while functional and clean are very basic, valet parking only at 35 dollars a pop is hardly ideal. I dont think its particularly good value for money, its pitched as an upmarket 'experience' but its nothing more than a budget hotel. Problem is you don't have much choice of anywhere else in the immediate area because its literally the only decent hotel around so if we were staying here again then this would be our choice.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable and kinda new. Staff members were amazinggg, mainly the night receptionist. She was the most smiley and kind receptionist I have ever had pleasure of meeting :).

Maybe pool could be little bit cleaner, but the temperature compensated it😆

Location was good, there is nice pool, rooms are fine. Restaurant is nice with a good food.

Its close to the airport, so you can hear planes. I definitely do not recommend room number A132, its close to the restaurant and its very noisy. The worst are the back doors right next to the room - they smashed everytime!

Great location, not too noisy, love the aesthetics, staff were kind. Even the standoffish one was still kind lol.

No kettle in room for tea facility or microwave in room. Had to go to reception area for hot water for tea and to use the microwave for heating things up.

The pool was lovely, warm & clean & loads of towel available. Comfy beds & good wifi, staffs are accommodating & loads of free coffee & tea in reception with microwave too.

The hotel was clean, from reception to corridors but not too happy with the room. Hairs was everywhere, sink was dirty, the wall in the toilet have blood stain that I had to clean myself. Towels are not enough, so I had to asked for another one in reception.

Fue el hotel más ruidoso en el que me he quedado. No logré dormir en toda mi estadía. El hidroneumatico se encontraba al lado de la cama y era excesivamente ruidoso, a parte se encuentra relativamente cerca del aeropuerto y podías escuchar los aviones aterrizando, también había una construcción al lado. Fue una mala experiencia. La limpieza del cuarto no estaba incluida, se nos acumuló la basura y tienes que llevar a recepción tus toallas después de usarlas para solicitar un cambio.

Excelente ubicación, muy lindas y excelentes instalaciones, muy cerca del aeropuerto y de tiendas, esta justo al frente del SoFi Stadium, super recomendado.

Vamos a empezar, comentando que todos esos comentarios que mencionan que el lugar es bullicioso, son 100% reales, les comento, nos parece una absoluta falta de respeto a nosotros como huéspedes el hecho de que nos alojaran en una habitación a la par del ascensor, cada vez que algún huésped accionaba el mismo, se generaba un bullicioso enorme que no te dejaba descansar o relajarte, adicional las paredes parecían de papel todo absolutamente todo el exterior se oía, aviones, construcciones, y para terminar de hacer la estadía menos agradable, tenían música a todo volumen desde las 9 am hasta las 10 pm, en toda nuestra visita a California, nos arrepentimos enormemente de habernos hospedado en este “hotel” de baja categoría, donde para culminar, personas malhechoras lograron obtener mis datos personal y me contaron en nombre del hotel para intentar conseguir mi información bancaria, para todos aquellos viajeros, por favor tomen este hotel como una última opción, lean los comentarios, en todos mis viajes únicamente a este lugar he tenido que dejarle un comentario tan negativo. PD las habitaciones estaban sucias y las colchas manchadas de lo que parecia ser sangre, adjunto evidencia.

El hotel cuenta con cochera, pero está tercerizada con vallet parking, esto hace que sea muy caro para quienes no gustamos de ese servicio. Aparte en las inmediaciones del hotel no hay ningún lugar donde estacionar

The aesthetic was very nice - clean, modern and chique. Room was huge and clean! The staff was very friendly as well. There was barely any noise from construction site or the planes above. The pool looked lovely - didn’t use it though.

The parking was incredibly expensive. Park at one of the malls instead! The walls were very thin - which means you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. There was no room service, which would have been nice if this was listed clearly, when we booked the room

First of all, totally not worth money paid, it's a cheap motel with expensive look wrap. It was allmost impossible to have continous sleep through night. Planes were very loud, but it was not a problem, vigger problem of sound was old pipes. We had room on first floor, and if people used toiler, shower or washed hands above us, pipes were so loud, that we got awake from sleep. Also, if tv or any other sound source is off, you can hear people behind the wall. Every sound can be hear from the pool, street, nearby construction site. Moreover, charging 35USD for parking vehicle for 1 night with non legit parking system is a nonsense. Valet takes the car, parks ir behind the building, and when you want to take car you go take it by yourself.

Dichtbij airport. Goede uitvalsbasis om Los Angeles te bezoeken. Wel een uur rijden met de bus naar het centrum van Los Angeles. Maar goed te doen.

We sliepen naast de lift en was gehorig. Ook was het bed te klein. Maar het vriendelijke contact met personeel maakte alles goed. Ze hebben ons een andere kamer gegeven. En ze waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam om het verblijf verder goed te maken.

This location is super complicated and the "sonder" chain with it's "modern" process makes it a pain. 1st off for this spot: a huge stadium is being built right behind and maybe because this was booked thru Booking.com and not direct I had the WORST room ever. SO NOISY a noise machine is included but couldn't drown out the "BEEP BEEP" noises starting as early as 2 am. who knew construction happened in the wee hours but maybe in LA! I couldn't get hold of booking.com and sadly paid in advance so had to just deal with it. lesson learned! Sonder passed the buck as well but i was moved to a better and much quieter room. but then the "fancy" no card key code system was not working for my room so staff had to walk me up each time. i had a problem with wifi and had to call a 800 number as u cannot talk direct to front desk via phone. WTH! Parking is terrible to be so far out and u are forced to use a contracted parking valet each day paid separate. Bear in mind while less than 3 miles from LAX, u are not in a safe area. Hollywood Park Casino is across the street but i had 2 notifications of pedestrian accidents w/cars while i was here so didn't dare to venture out or attempt to play a random real life game of "frogger" trying to cross the street. Maybe it is an ok location if u are going to something in the area and only staying 1 nite. (Sofi is nearby as well). i will go back closer to LAX in the future as the few bucks more would have alleviated much headaches and frustration. While I am disappointed in Sonder, i am mostly disappointed in BOOKING.COM for no way to contact anyone for assistance.

Everything was great

The beds were cozy and there was good water pressure in the shower. It was conveniently near the airport, just a 10-15 min drive. Had a little balcony looking over the pool. Staff were all super friendly.

The shower design was BIZARRE, one of its walls had a full-length window that was directly next to one of the beds. It had a semi-transparent curtain you could draw, but otherwise get comfortable having your showers on full display to any friends/family you're staying with. Walls were thin, and since it's close to the airport you hear lots of planes. There's a small TV that only has Roku. Refrigerator was not working. The online features of check-in were annoying, it seems to go out of its way to support minimal human contact, and that includes having the 'luxury' of going to a supply closet yourself to replenish any linens, towels, etc...

It was located in a very central area, close by car to the most touristy parts, which makes it easier to not be in so much traffic.
