Очень комфортное расположение и удобства в номере. Микроволновка, чайник, фен, кондиционер. По поводу кондиционера, он очень сильно обдувает комнату и в частности кровать. Выход: повесить на кондиционер полотенце, на ту часть которая не должна обдуваться. Максимальна клиентоориентированность персонала. Чистейший бассейн. В день выезда мы оставили чемоданы в номере и отправились на двухуровневую экскурсию. Месье любезно забрал наши вещи и убрал в комнату хранения. За время поездки жили в 4 отелях, но именно в Таласса хотели бы вернуться вновь.

Сейф не работал, исправили в течении 2 дней. Но как оказалось он совсем не был нужен. Мы в первые в Тайланде, тут безопаснее чем в других местах нашего отдыха.

Quite location, family room with separate rooms, nothing more

Renovation needed, aircon and refrigerator completed to see who is louder. We were waiting for check in about 15 min in hot lobby alone after a long flight. Payment only by cash. About 15-20 to the beach

Friendly, helpful stuff, great location, very close to main tourist attractions and yet in quiet district. 15-20 minutes of walking to Karon or Kata beaches.

AIr conditioners were noisy in the room faced outside.

Very good location. Quiet, yet short walk to everything. Kids really enjoyed the pool which was nice and deep.

The property was spotless and everything was put there with so much love and attention. From the floating pool toys to the water in the fridge to the extra towels and crockery in the rooms. Every room has a balcony which is lovely and over looks the pool. The location is also fantastic as your are in the heart of Kata but the street is quiet and a very relaxed vibe. Hands down the highlight was the amazing Rodri who is beyond lonely planet good with his recommendations and has done all of the trial and error in the area to put his heart and soul into a Phuket must see guide! This is found in every bedroom and I cannot speak more highly of his work. On top of that he is an all around exemplary hotel manager who is friendly, warm, flexible and will cater to peoples needs with a smile on his face and the best of intentions. Thank you Rodri for making me fall in love with Phuket! You are magic!!

The owner/manager was very good and provided a lot of great information on where to eat, places to go and how to get around. We used the pool which was very good
