How clean it was
The child upper level noise running back and forth, the pillows was cheap and not comfortable

The space, the view, the comfort, location, it was so clean, beds were so comfy!

It was up-to-date and comfortable and a great location and quiet they met all expectations except for the beds could use mattress updates

Was dirty with animal hair all over couch. On the stove in the kitchen chairs. Sliding glass doors not sliding well at all
I don't think it was even cleaned before our stay. It's unbelievable you have to pay for such a place

Stole my money. Horrible experience trying to cancel bait and switch order. Vacasa said cancel thru booking, booking said cancel thru Vacasa. Got billed full price plus cleaning fees for a property I never entered. Never ever use this 'service'.
Entire experience. Not the ad or subdivision I ordered. When called only wanted to UPSELL and charge entire fee with no cancellation policy for SWITCH property. Ad for BAIT property was still being promoted on website. Notified FRAUD Dept.

The resort is really nicely laid out, the views of roller coasters and lake make the balcony very nice. The recent remodel of the unit itself is very nice as well.
Bed was very uncomfortable. Stayed 3 nights was ready to get back to my bed. The towels were white but very dingy, I contacted the company and they said they would address it with new towels.

Very clean and nice. Very easy to check in and out of property and at this time of year there was very few people there so no noisy neighbors. They also allowed us to bring our dogs free of any additional charges unlike 99.9% of the other properties
Bathroom doors seemed to lock by themselves at time but that was no biggie.

Updated, modern interior decor, furniture and fixtures. Large deck with outside furniture, close to SDC, could see the roller coasters from our deck and here the SDC train. Only took a couple minutes to get to SDC. Loved the beautiful outside views off the deck.
The interior doors were hard to open and close.
The smell of the apartment was not pleasant when we first walked in. It did not smell fresh and clean. We had to spray a deodorizer in the room.

check out is early. living room seating was short. couldn’t find any potholders to use with oven.

Great location, clean updated decor, very comfortable
One of the shower/tub drains was not draining. We all ended up sharing the other.

decent size
comforter dirty, no iron or hair dryer . no wash clothes , toilet paper and paper towel only the partial that was on the roll. Ran out the second day. no internet weak signal when you sign on. No hooks in bathroom to hang up towel . View from balcony isn’t like the picture .

Much more room than a hotel. washer and dryer came in handy. Fully furnished kitchen was nice to have.
Could use some better quality pillows and maybe a few extra.

Everything was exactly like the pictures showed very clean and comfortable! it was also very close to Silver Dollar City which was one of our main reasons for the trip. The host was also always very responsive. I definitely recommend staying here
The only thing i didnt like was you could hear the footsteps of the floor above
