the second bathroom was very small and too far away from the bedrooms

Location was wonderful. Great views of sea and mountain. Close to city to be able to walk and just a little outside so it was quiet and peaceful. The inside lift was great allowing suitcases, food and supplies to be easily transported to the floors above. Was comfortable and just right for the start of our holiday. Kitchen facilities were excellent, lounge and dining room open and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and as the rooms and bathrooms were on the second floor it meant living and sleeping spaces were separated allowing individuals to have space.

The outside gardens and spaces could do with a little more care. TV aerial had rusted away from the roof mounting and was hanging loosely over the sun deck. Could at some point be a health and safety issue.

We loved our stay at Buller Noire. Great location and a fabulous view from lounge and deck, we had the most gorgeous sunset both evenings!! The lift was a novelty for the teens. Kelly was quick to respond to our questions and super helpful. Thank you so much

The main bathroom was freezing. Not sure if we missed something or whether there could be a heater installed at all, it wd make for a much more pleasant shower/bath experience.
