The location is excellent, the staff was lovely and the building is well maintained on the outside in particular. Very much appreciated the AC unit in the rooms

The walls were very thin (people walking by in the hallway sounded like they were in the room with you, you could hear people talking in next room), sheets didn’t fit the bed, bathroom wasn’t well cleaned when we arrived

Excellent value! Very clean, updated and everything functioned as it should. It’s also a very good location and walking distance to the beach. I’d definitely return to this hotel. It’s very secure and they have a cute communal patio with muskoka chairs and fire pits for chilly evenings.

The room facility，my boyfriend got hurt in the bathroom. And there is noise 2am other guests called police and hotel promised the refund of 25% fee. But didn't receive it after 1 month

I loved the shared walk out patio. It had Muskoka chairs and tables with umbrellas. It was kept very neat, clean and tidy. My room was very comfortable and spacious. The staff were approachable and friendly. I loved the location. It was about 5/8 min walk to the beach depending how quick you walk. You pass tons of restaurants and stores slong the way. It's not a long street but it is packed with charm.

There really wasn't anything off-putting. I really loved the place. I'll definitely go back.

Seldom do I give such an excellent review but this hotel went above and beyond our expectations. We definitely will return
