Die Gastgeberin ist herzlich und zuvorkommend, fürsorglich, aber kein bisschen aufdringlich. Gerne zu einem Plausch bereit, nur auf einfachem Englischniveau. Zur Begrüßung gabs Cookies und selbst gemachten Schnaps. Sie hat uns angeboten die Terrasse der Nachbarwohnung mit zu nutzen, obwohl wir die nicht gebucht hatten. Die Lage: Das Haus liegt in einem höheren Ortsteil, nicht überschwemmungsgefährdet. Man kann vom Haus aus Wanderungen starten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's im Ort (20 min zu Fuß) und einige Restaurants, zu Fuß 10-20min bergab. Extra absperrbarer Schuppen für die Bikes.

Kein Schrank im Schlafzimmer, nur eine Garderobe.

Location in quiet neighborhood, close to pure nature. Spacious apartment for 5 persons, terrace with a beautiful view. Very kind, easy going and helpful host. Recommendation.

Great location. The hotel is close to the gorge. The room was clean and new. The host was so lovely that it felt like visiting your favorite aunt. We missed the last bus and asked for a contact for a taxi, but she picked us up instead. Also, she took care of us very well. We got wet the day before, and our shoes were soaked. She brought a portable heater to help us dry them and offered us to borrow some clothes if we needed them. This is the most amiable host we ever met. Thank you very much.

Incredibly warm-hearted host that offers her help wherever she can. On top a well located and cosy apartment. Highly to recommend!

We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable. I don't think there is a better hostess than Leonida. She gave us valuable tips and always tried to answer open questions. The apartment was modern and clean. We would definitely come again.

We had a wonderful stay in August 2022. We were two families with younger children (5 years and 2x 8 years old), and the apartments were perfect for our purpose. The apartments are brandnew and well equipped with anything you can think of. As we spent many holidays in apartments, I can say that in comparison especially the kitchen has really everything you need. The beds/the couch are comfy, the bathrooms are simple, but modern and - like the other rooms - perfectly clean and modern. The bigger apartment has a terrace with enough space for all of us, and we enjoyed to have breakfast together there. There is also a beautiful spot with a desk and two benches in the garden, two relax loungers and a grill (which we didn’t use due to the danger of wildfires at that time, but if the weather allows open fires, this is certainly a nice-to-have). Our hosts welcomed us very friendly, we felt comfortable and excellently cared for. Good to know for others, wo - like ourselves - come to the festivals in Tolmin: the house is within reach of a short (around 10-15 min) walk from the festival area, and the next supermarket is just 2 streets away (ca. 1-2 min walk), so you don't have to rely on a car - a huge plus for me! Also a big plus: the host cares for the environment and encourages to sort your waste :) Will certainly come back <3
