The location and views are unrivaled! The deck table and super-easy access to the pool/beach were our favorite parts. The property is very well-maintained. The unit is a great size for our family of 5. The pantry, laundry, roomy closets, lots of places to hang wet clothes and towels, ceiling fans, bathroom exhaust fans, great AC (that was easy to bump up and down a few degrees), large soaking tub, office desk, puzzles, and bedroom library were very nice small touches that made a big difference in our comfort of staying there. We stayed in 2021, as well, and the addition of the new couch this year is lovely.

The lighting in the apartment is great, overall. However, the main kitchen work area is too dark in the evening. The overhead light wouldn't work and the microwave light was out, as well. The kitchen had no baking sheet/ pizza pan/ anything to use in the oven other than a glass casserole dish. We ran to the dollar tree and picked up a small baking sheet to get us through the week, and it was fine. Some of the other kitchen utensils could use refreshing (no storage containers, worn-out vegetable peeler, no steak knives). We would have enjoyed having a working TV in the master bedroom (no cable, TV too old to hook up the Firestick we brought with us), as we like to sleep with the TV on. Overall, these are just minor suggestions that really didn't detract from the wonderful week we had.
