Вилла чистая сухая (море очень близко), фото полностью соответсвуют, находится в коттеджном посёлке Лотус, убираются 1 раз в 3 дня, на кухне есть вся утварь, очень удобно что есть фильтр и всегда чистая питьевая вода, 3 санузла, при любом запросе быстро реагировали и делали наш отдых комфортным. С удовольствием вернусь. Хорошая цена для высокого сезона, бронировали заранее.

good everything was upto the mark but the ac in the living was not working and could not be repaired due to some major part damage, other than that everything was good as expected

Good property and location is far in south goa

The villa was very well maintained and easy access to the care taker for any help. Location is very close to the beach with lots of beach hotels (food is very good) around. Future visitors should know that though there are few private resort properties right across the villa, they do have full fledged restaurants and open for outsiders.

Transportation is a big problem if you want to take sightseeing tours. There are few cabbies outside the gates but they charge a lot as they have monopoly there. Best way around is to rent a car/scooty.

It would have been more better if there would be a care taker to clean the rooms on daily basis.
