Good plentiful food at the restaurant with a traditional dance show at lunch. We had a lovely tour with coffee tasting. Pleasant and helpful staff. Hot shower.

The room could have been cleaner and have fresh towels provided.

Great location for view of the valley. Lovely Hansel & Gretel style room..if you like lots of wood this is for you! Comfy beds and pillows. Amazing grounds and animals and an unexpected, but lovely, tour of the coffee and hydroponic plantation.

Wifi is fine in the dining area but weak in the room

the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. the food at the restaurant was the best we have eaten during our visit to Colombia. the tour private tour of the coffee farm was wonderful.

the wifi did not work at all in our room as advertised. the room was a little dusty or ignored. I think the property should help guests to organize activities or provide transportation around the area. i saw some other guests who seemed really lost. it’s impossible to stay at that location if you don’t speak Spanish or drive in the country. organized trips to the termales or other activities would be a nice addition to the hotel.

The room had a great view to the valley and the rooms are huge, beautiful and full of style. The food was very good and the staff was very helpful and nice.

There is a farm right bellow the hotel so the rooster started to call around 5 am. Also is was a rainy day and the ceiling was dripping in one of the bedroom.

Fantastic staff and great property. The apartment was very comfortable, large bed and nice bathroom. The food in the restaurant was delicious, would recommend the big breakfast! Lorena and the other staff were very attentive and helpful! We also managed to have a swim in the pool and went in the spa, great place if you have kids as there are many different animals to see. We were also given a tour of the coffee plantations and the colonial house which was amazing, highly recommended!

The noise from the road was a bit load, only complaint.

Extra toilet paper in the bathroom. More consistent Wi-Fi in the rooms. The wifi completely stopped as soon as you walked into one bedroom.

A beautiful place with a safe parking, a restaurant and a little zoo. Cabins are big, comfortable.
