Great spot and ideal for the price paid during that time of year.

The trash can inside smelled like vomit, it needs to be washed out. Food stains on the cabinets ; dead cockroaches. 1 in bathroom, 1 in kitchen. Sand in bathroom upstairs. There was no broom or cleaner for us to be able to keep up with the house. A house that for that many people needs a broom. Electric sweeper was weak.

Location ,privacy the house itself was nice except for the dirty rugs and sofa.If it was not for that it would of been perfect.

The house itself was pleasant.

The two levels were totally separate. I went with my daughter and her family,I stayed in the lowers level, so, I had to walk upstairs in the morning to make coffee and breakfast, I didn’t realize how much of an inconvenience this would be! My granddaughter found a ring (which we left on the downstairs bed), and Cheetos am a shoe under the same bed!! I would not stay there again.
