Great location. Right on beach. Room was quite large. Very nice porch off room with beautiful views Lounge chairs were always available on the beach. Many close but resturants to chose from

Room a bit dated. No silverware or plates in room. Only a couple of glasses and 2 mugs for coffee.

Our goal was for a low-key relaxing vacation by the ocean - the Seas Shell was just what we needed! Would definitely return!

Your staff is very friendly especially Neo. She was very attentive and helpful. Bea your manager is sweet as well The convenience to be beach and lounge chairs for relaxation.

Plumbing needs attention. Slow drain in tub made me take a shower in standing water. Small sink drained our slowly. I felt crowded in such a small room. Steps were very narrow to get to room. My husband and I are in our 70’s. Had to be very careful we did not fall. Glad we did not stay there all day.

not enough parking. we didn’t have a space for 1 of the nights we were there! weird gathering space with a tent and grills in the parking area. bathroom pocket doors didn’t close easily furniture/decor is extremely dated there was no iron (we were attending a wedding and could’ve desperately needed one)

room 22 was amazing! waking up to hear those waves was phenomenal

no smoking couldn’t find the continental breakfast the room color was off and the decor did not match

Be aware that you pay only for the view and the location. The motel itself would never be worth the price: - The "breakfast" offered in June consisted of filter coffee, hot water and teabags, and oversweetened half muffins and industrial cake, both wrapped in plastic. While there is a toaster and a coffee machine in the room, there is neither toast nor coffee provided, nor are plates, knifes or spoons, so you cannot ever make your own breakfast. - Our room was not made during the day - we came back from a long tour on Cape Cod and not even the beds were made. - We cannot comment on the friendliness of the staff - in the two days we stayed there we could not exchange a single word with them, as they were not there for the most of the time, and when someone was there, they did not seem interested in any conversation. - The beds were rather hard and the mattresses not of good quality. After two days in the Seashell motel, we were very happy to change to another motel, just 10 minutes away on the same shore, for 2/3 of the price and much better quality.

Location, location, location! Loved waking up to literally the beachfront views. The motel host was also very friendly and accommodating and easy to reach for any questions or needs. Plus it’s pet friendly!

The beds could be a tad bit more comfortable. But not a deal breaker.

They did not have the continental breakfast as advertised. They said they start those in May or June. The motel was extremely pet friendly. The rooms were clean and the climate control was very good.

The beds were not the most comfortable. The wifi password did not work but I'm sure it would have been rectified had I called the desk.
