The room was beautiful. The views were amazing. I really wish I had a better experience because I bragged about how amazing the room itself was.
The check in process was horrific! I spent hours just trying to help them find my reservation!!
Then they were late doing check ins. The owner told me 2. The hotel told me 3. I returned to pick up key at 3 and they had me sitting in lobby over an hour waiting to get the key. I didn’t get my key until after 4pm.
The elevators were seriously the slowest I have ever experienced.
The water was alarmingly cloudy. I was nervous about brushing my teeth and showering with it.
I spent most of my time in Vegas trying to just get in my room. I had to rush to get dressed for my event that evening. They didn’t even try to accommodate or offer an apology or stay another time or anything. One lady told me “well check in STARTS at 3 so its not guaranteed when you can get in your room. Excuse me? I had never heard of that in my life. That is a horrible policy if that is true.

Beautiful view and layout was fun.
The three ladies at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me for almost 5 minutes. I walked up as they were finishing with another guest and after that guest left I waited at least 5 minutes if not more to be acknowledged and checked in. I was beginning to wonder if I was at the right desk since they wouldn’t even look at me or let me know it would be just as moment or anything.

tv didn’t work and they’re was hair on the floor like if room wasn’t cleaned right before arriving and also the hassle it was to get into the room hour half wait just to get my room key’s

The double doors. We're off track wife and I had no privacy. Maintenance could fix it was the owners responsibility

The view was amazing. The size of the condo was spacious. Great air conditioner
The condo was not cleaned , no trash bags , not enough towels for 2 people for 4 days. Lamps need bulbs. Fireplace did not work. Balcony was locked. Extra fees for housekeeping or items like tissue for bathroom. Fridge was not clean.

broken light fixtures throughout unit, outdated TVs and remote thag didn’t work staff said they didn’t have my reservation on file when I arrive

That it was an Airbnb not hotel room. No pool access, wasn’t told ahead of time.
