Its location is perfect not far from anything close to pubs shops bars and restaurants 👍

It was quite cold downstairs and only got warm as you went into the bathroom and bedroom upstairs as the 3 tiny radiators downstairs don’t fill the full downstairs room with heat at all

Its location, the view of the sea and pier from the bedroom was amazing. The decor was light and modern, the bathroom was lovely. The kitchen had all you needed for your stay.

The seating in the sitting area, the two chairs were a bit grubby from wear and not for relaxing to watch tv. A small L shaped sofa would be perfect. The duvet on the bed was of a poor quality and a bit heavy.

Great location and views, even managed to park right outside. Loved the decoration and feel of the place, whoever planned it has a great eye. Plenty of fantastic bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Very well placed for saltburn town centre and also overlooking the sea. All very nice and clean. Comfy bed, fully appointed kitchen and great swoer wet room. Parking is free and no time limits. We managed to get a space right outside after the day trippers had left. We were there for the folk festival and it was a great base for that.

Nothing to dislike about the place, a couple of seat cushions were slightly stained but we let the company know as there is a deposit. On the booking. Com website it says fully refundable deposit but the letting company take £10 admin. We found the very many emails too much, why so many? Hopefully we will re book for next year, just the admin side we didn't like.

Excellent location and great facilities

Spacious, comfortable and well appointed and exactly as described on the property listing. Great location and just a few minutes walk down onto the huge beach.

Only one minor issue in gaining access to the courtyard to rear of property but didn’t affect our stay.

The apartment was clean, bright, everything you needed. Nice location.

We not liked the two vans parked outside, they were blocking the view from the window.

fantastic location, view, and very close to beach and shops. Quiet, except the sound of the sea.

Everything good; except needed something to reach the fire alarm that went off when I burnt my toast.
