El sitio es tranquilo y céntrico. Rodeado de zonas de tapas, en calle peatonal. El apartamento es grande cómodo y limpio. Tiene dos baños y terraza chill. Los electrodomésticos son de muy buena calidad. Cafetera Nespresso barista!!!

La localización del duplex

房东、公寓新 干净舒适、物超所值、总之 推荐推荐 房东准备的用品非常充足，态度非常好，是我此行所有住过的公寓最喜欢舒适的，唯一美中不足的一点点就是没有停车位、不过旁边有公共停车位，就算花几块钱停车，那也是物超所值，因为房子真的很值得你去住

In the center of Almeria, on a quiet back street. Big rooftop terace. Two bathrooms. Parking inluded at a near by location.

Not so well mentained

The host may have various locations for guests to stay. We stayed at Calle Real for one night. We got really big rooms/spaces to stay. The sofa bed on ground floor was not that bed tho. The host also provided a milk, some breads and some beers. The host also leaded us to park the car in person. The host was kind and polite. Thank you! :)

Pots and Pans for cooking might need to be updated :)

walking distance to everything and having a garage in downtown is a great plus

it looked like the house underwent some renovation and construction debris / dirt was in a few areas, especially the kitchen and the roof top terrace. The kitchen itself was not equipped with the necessary items needed for preparing a meal

The apartment is very centrally located and looks much better than in the photos. The staircase to the "bedroom" (or upper floor of the duplex) is a narrow wrought-iron spiral staircase. The parking place was in an underground garage about 300m away from the apartment on level -2 and it was manageable with a Ford Fiesta.

The shower. The owners spent so much money renovating the apartment to such a high specification that it should have been better. It is just painted concrete (that has since chipped) with a wooden mat on top and not possible to clean. To me this is just a foot fungus breeding ground, but it would be ok with flip-flops.
