Location was perfect for where we needed to be

Bathroom had mold above on ceiling and walls. Shower recess was leaking and was not clean. AC in entertainment room stopped working on the third day.

The accommodation was pristine clean and super spacious and very private. We loved the fact that the accommodation had a enclosed back yard for the kids to play We hope to be able to come stay again as this will be our first choice.

Apart from location there was nothing impressive. The facility has potential but it is all subject to how it is maintained.

There was a leak in the aircon. The blinds were torn. There was definitely a mold smell. Only one bathroom that too very poorly ventilated.

The living room was spacious

Other than that the rooms were ok, but for the room next to the front door the curtains were so sheer that it was practically see through if a car passes by at night the whole room would light up. There’s only one bathroom/toilet in the same room for the whole house which was a bit inconvenient. And the shower was leaking everywhere even with the door close. There is no tissue provided on property and very little toilet papers. And no basic body wash/shampoo as well so bring your own if you are planning to stay here.

The only good thing was the location, close to Westmead Childrens Hospital - purpose of our visit was surgery at Westmead Childrens Hospital. Everything else was substandard, by anyones reconing.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. SECURITY, Occi strap was the LOCK on the back door,Dishwasher not working, Parking is curbside, not on premises as advertised, advised as we were on our 8 hour drive to property. Not pristine condition, Cooktop greasy, Towels wouldnt use for my dog, smelly and paper thin. Blood on Quilt Disgusting. Electrical fault in kitchen lights, Exhaust fan in bathroom doesnt remove the discusting smell, shower leaking onto floor, so getting wet while dressing, slats broken on bed, very uncomfortable, Womens clothing in wardrobe, Big hole in blind in front room, Curtains thin calico in front bedroom, like sleeping in daylight, Non smoking with a pot with cigarette buts at the front door. The advertised photos show a gate at the front. My photo is what it actually looks like. After going back over negative reviews over the last 2 years, these issue have all been flagged and non have been rectified. This property if falsely advertised on Bookings.com, it needs invertigating.

We had these concenrs: -Can not park on the driveway as its shared with tenants in the backyard. -Street parking only, but no room. Neighbours not happy was parking opposite there driveway restricted there ability to reverse out their driveway. -Switch in back room, falling out of the wall, (electrical hazard - unsafe) -Air con in the front room, not secured to the wall, about to fall off (unsafe) -Glass window if bunk room is broken, taped back together (unsafe) -Back screen door doesn't lock, screens cut to unlatch screen lock. You can't secure the property. -both aircon remotes, no back batteries exposed. (unsafe for young children) -Blinds old and warn, large hole in front blinds. -TV unit drawers broken. -Lights in laundry and kitchen don't work or flickers. -Towels old, tissues thin. -beds rock hard -Black mold in th bathroom.

Clean and spacious and good deck and backyard.

The cooktop was hard to use.
