Hotestaff was very supportive as the problems I faced were taken care off. Rooms are quite spacious location is good

Issues Problems faced The first room which was provided by the management 1- AC doesn’t work it’s in very bad condition display panel is also broken. 2- Fan regulator does not work, Fan blades are all bent Second room 1- when asked for the extra bedding, the condition of mattresses were pathetic They were all torn and dirty. 2- Leakage in toilet seat as well in the wash basin area billing issue while checking out as I booked for two days I already paid half the amount but it was updated by treebo on there end, due to which the billing process did not went smooth.

The food is great, the rooms are fine, has lake view. I was okay for the price I payed - around 1.2k.

The staff misses professionalism. No one wears a uniform and as a solo female traveler, I felt a bit uncomfortable about the number of men who would stand around the entrance of the hotel - not knowing if they are staff, their friends, or just random men. My stay remained safe, but a little bit of professionalism could have put me in more ease when I stayed there. The bedsheets are stained. When asked for a different one, they said all of them are washed but have oil stains remaining.

I have not liked a single thing about my room. I have requested the hotel staff to change the bed sheet and blanket, but they have not changed them. The bedsheet and blanket have lots of sperm stains or food stains. Geyser was not working. Hair was stuck in the switch button.

Everything is superb. Keep it up and maintain this always.

Had all basic necessities for me to sleep and bath.

Was not well maintained, the shower hanger was broken. The bedsheet and pillows weren't clean enough. The almirah and the side table given was dusty. The metallic parts of the bathroom were rusted. The shower was not working properly.

There's no sign of cleanliness and hygiene in this hotel, all their bedsheets and towals are stainned in every room, if u order food the utensil are dirty as if they were never washed and the bathroom showers r broken too. I am shocked how this hotel is still open and running.

Hygiene, air-conditioning, food taste , food quality, prices (serious? ₹60 for a tray of ice ?!? That too just 18-20 cubes)
