The room size was good The bathroom was very nice & neat The room really looked nice

The bed and pillows were very hard. The room included the bare minimum, e.g. no bin - only 1 small bathroom bin. 1 Conference chair too uncomfortable to use. This was a work trip According to my understanding I booked the room with breakfast, but was told no breakfast was included but can be enjoyed at R140 extra. There was no information booklet in the room and no wifi code displayed. When I asked for the password and info on placed to have dinner, I did not receive friendly support at all. I was asked to park in a specific way to force other guests to follow my example, but was basically parked in by the rest of the guests and struggled to get out of the parking. There were workers digging up part of the paving till late and from quite early again. No real "garden view" - if I wanted to sit at 1 of the ourside benches, I was looking into another room... The doors opens into the room, so when I went out for dinner, I could not close the curtains shut again when leaving. No hangers in the room / cupboard. No additional light source in the room when loadshedding started at 10pm thay I could find... Generator did kick in the next morning 6am for loadshedding.

For Postmasburg this is certainly one of the better places to stay. What I did like is that we stayed here when load shedding was at a level 4 and the generator worked well and all TV's, hairdryers still worked. That was convenience. The rooms though basic were clean and provided all the essentials. Only has a shower though.

There was a lot of noise from the neighbours over the wall but not every night. I would have liked to be able to bath but not essential. Finding dinner in this town is difficult, there are not many restaurant options.
