The apartment exceeded our expectations. We were welcomed by a lovely box of chocolates, biscuits and bottle of wine!!! There were also tea bags, coffee and sugar and a few other things waiting for us which was great and very useful after having travelled all day. The apartment really had everything to make our stay comfortable. The location was centric, just a 10 minute walk into the town centre and in a quiet residential area near to some shops. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The apartment was set in beautiful surroundings with access to a pretty garden. Overall, an excellent place to relax and enjoy Chichester with the family. Highly recommended.

There was very little to dislike about the apartment. The wifi could have been stronger as it didn't reach the main bedroom and went off several times during our stay. Although the kitchen was well equipped, there were only three forks which made life a bit difficult for as family of five and it would have been good to have had some scissors in the kitchen too. But apart from those few things everything was great.

Very nice location in a nice neighbourhood and set within nice grounds with a very attractive garden seen through the windows. Parking was excellent and we also stored our bicycles in the entrance hall. The apartment was warm, clean and comfortable. Hot water on demand. We tended to use the bath which was very enjoyable and relaxing (although normally we would tend to shower). The hosts had left us some milk (amongst other goodies) and there was tea and coffee - really nice to have a cuppa upon arrival. It was a short walk into the beautiful town of Chichester and the property is very close to the Centurian Way - great for walking or cycling and we cycled to the Weald and Downland Open Air Museum via West Dean where there is a village shop: the fig flapjacks and sausage rolls were so tasty.

For us it was all good and we had a great stay in Chichester in a very comfortable apartment.

Great location. Beautiful walled garden. Great communication with host. Some lovely toys for the children to play with.

Windows and curtains were old and difficult to open/close. Over the bath shower head was not ideal.

Very good location indeed. Good area of town. Walkable to city centre, i.e. about 1km. Practical kitchen, practical bathroom, good bedding & towels.

Some lighting at door would be handy so as to see the number code of the key lockbox when arriving at night.

wasnt very clean . Should of stated there was Know t.v ! I miss the fact that it didnt put t.v on the list of things there as you sort of assume there would be !! huge hole in the bathroom wall !! spider heaven there was a van parked in what was our parking space all weekend

Well I dont know if the people before us stayed in the same place! It was a lovely flat. Bright clean well equipped and perfect location. The house itself and gardens were stunning. We are very well travelled and the bed was great too!! The only thing I would probably agree on was the lack of a tv but not a deal breaker and then it would be a 10!!

There is no shower head in there my friend fell with his bad hip trying to get out of bath ... there was no sofa bed which it stated there was even tho there was only 2 of us staying we still like different rooms .. and to top it off there is no tv available in the apartment which should be standard for anyone we had to leave our stay early we couldnt stay there under the circumstances so I asked for a small refund for our last day all i got from the agent was they didnt word the advert for the stay it was all all down to booking .com that word the advert for the property ..... the agent said it shows no tv and shower on the pictures ... I've been staying away from home for years and years not once have I had to check pictures to see if an apartment had a tv fair to say I wasnt happy having to move and pay again
