The location was good for why were there. Aside from being harassed by a mentally disturbed man (during the day) two streets away from the property, the area seemed relatively safe - as advertised. There were no issues getting Uber to pick us up; never more than a five minute wait. All in all, for the price, it was worth it.

Upon arrival, the code to enter the property wasn’t working. This was because an incorrect code was emailed to me. Property management was easy to get in touch with, however, and the issue was quickly resolved. The drain in the shower/tub needs to be cleaned/cleared of gunk, as the tub began filling with water mere minutes after turning the shower on. Again, because of the low cost of the property, and relative good location, we weren’t too upset about this. The unit is connected to what I believe is three other units. We were unsure if there were other temporary renters, or long term tenants, but we could hear them walking around the hardwoods through the walls. We could not hear voices or other sounds, though.

Good location, near to French quarter (5mins by car). There are several amazing coffee shops around. It is a very friendly, clean neighborhood surrounded by historical buildings. The owner provide everything you need for cooking and listed detailed travel information which helps a lot.

First of all, the property manager provided wrong entry code. Secondly, the WiFi never worked for 4 days. The 4G signal was very week. We communicated with the property manager several times but the problem remained the same. It was very inconvenience for travelers.

The Royal Sunshine owners told a story about my stay there that I left their place a mess but their place was spotless very clean when I left. The key entry broke during my stay I felt unsafe they had to give us a key to get in. Have witnesses and proof of how clean their place were when I left I am a very nice woman who had my family members with me we left their place clean and took care of it. The Royal Sunshine knows the truth I think the viewers should be aware of this when reading this. Telling Stories on Good Guests are not Very Professional. But that was my Birthday trip me and my Family had a nice time touring New Orleans.

The wifi did not work the entire stay. We contacted the property manager about the Wi-Fi and they blamed it on the weather. Hot tub was not hot enough, felt like a pool instead. And the manual key lock pad with the 4 digit number stopped working stopped during our stay so owners had to give us a key instead to get in. The water pressure was not good in the kitchen faucet.

Such a cute place. It reminded me of a Summer cottage. The host has thought of everything. The kitchen and bath were well equipped.
