Everything … pure relaxation … good staff… beautiful and clean …
Feel the breakfast could be a little more luxurious and choices as the hotel is so fantastic that it just feels a bit if a let down … not much choice of fruit and meats leftover if you don’t get to breakfast before 9am … also upon checkout the reception staff hand you a card and advise you that if you rebook you can email in and get a discount … don’t be fooled no discounts are given !!! Advised that the price you pay is what is already discounted on the website so as a valued and repeat guest you don’t really have any further incentive to return … that said it wouldn’t stop me booking again

Peaceful quiet relaxing hotel.
Wonderful place to rewind and enjoy their facilities
All staff we met had a smile on their face and looked after us. Breakfast was delicious.
Rooms are bright spacious and have balconies with sun beds and table/chairs.
Mini bar and coffee machine a much welcome extra touch.
Nothing the hotel was perfect.

nice new hotel at the sea front
my room was not very clean when I first arrived, the toilet smelled like Urin; breakfast was not good

modern and clean and complete boutique
hotel.. also very quiet for ultimate relaxation … almost too quiet.
not obvious where the bar was and there are no drinks on display they were all hidden where breakfast is served and felt a bit awkward asking for them

the chef was lovely and recommended a very nice restaurant -All Natural- which we wish we had known earlier ! walking distance to the shops literally 3 minutes
house keeping was late. despite asking for early housekeeping so that the room is tidy after breakfast and morning walk; if never was and at times waited three hours to have it cleaned ! I understand the need to prep rooms for check ins but equally those staying need to have a neat environment.!

the hotel opened just couple moths back and it’s all brand new, clean and very nice. the pool and lay beds are perfect, we spent half of our vacation there. also staff was super helpful and friendly. really nice breakfast, they would prepare anything you want and they also have cold tables with couple of extra food. if you want to visit Lanzarote and have that a bit of luxurious feeling, this is the perfect place ✨

beautiful hotel in a fab location. bedroom luxurious and very comfortable. bathroom was stunning loved the bath and the rain shower watching the sea. fridge stocked daily with refreshments ..lovely touch!
staff very personable and friendly going the extra mile at all times to please you and make your stay unforgettable. can’t wait to come back.
only thing that would be good would be drawers for underwear and a blind for the porthole as when bathroom light on in night makes while bedroom light.

The location is great and building is new.
The rooms are very nice and spacious.
The swimming pool is amazing.
When we arrived we had to ask to clean the toilette again as it wasn't clean. The second day they forgot to make up the room and they excused with a nice bottle of wine.
Breakfast can really be improved for this range of hotel (mostly commercial products and just a few fresh stuffs).
They just opened and could be a matter of time, but we didn't get any discount for the lack of organisation : you pay as soon as you arrive!

Everything spectacular.
The hotel just opened but for sure I will be an affectionate guest.
Fabulous room with an outstanding view.
The bathroom is an experience...to have a rain effect shower with a view on the seaside is something that makes the day.
