the price was nice.

the lady working when I checked in was asleep at the desk and drooling on herself. the fact that I found dirty clothes under the bed! the toilet was incredibly loud! there was no conditioner. hair in the sink. the included breakfast was absolute trash! toast… bagel with warm cream cheese. walked to the 3rd floor smelled like marijuana. the bedding had burn holes ALL over them. hair in the bed as if the bedding wasn’t changed. I travel to this city regularly to visit family & friends. I will never stay here again. I also will recommend no one else stays here either. it’s very out of date. very dirty. the gym wasn’t available for use as the room with the equipment is being used to store rugs, bell hop carts etc.

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was surprisingly clean.

The place was filthy. Smelled soo strong of a Pine Sol type cleaner that you could hardly breathe. It stuck to everything, so all clothes had to be washed when we got home. States that they only allowed smoking on the 3rd floor, but the whole place smelled like smoke in the hallways. Carpet was disgusting. We had to at least wear socks the entire time. There was garbage behind the bedside table when I went to plug in my charger.

Was close to the location I was visiting.

The breakfast area still had all the chairs stacked on the tables at 9am. There was only a small very variety of breakfast items, cold cereal or waffles. The hallway carpets looked very old and dark. Bathroom exhaust fan sounded like it was about to come apart and very loud.

I love the waffles. I like the bagels and cream cheese. I love the fresh coffee.

No meat. No eggs. No protein! Only carbohydrates and I'm a Diabetic.

I booked a room online and apparently it was not vacant to the room that I had ordered online and the front desk person was very rude and argued with me for a long time before finally getting into a room that was very very unnecessary and also very Unbecoming of a front desk person at a fine establishment such as Wyndham I would expect better from a established name in this industry such as you guys

Bathtub was moldy. Bed was very soft.
