very friendly staff, freshly baked breakfast goods, room was a good size, very comfortable and new facilities, easy parking nearby on the streets

We loved the location - within walking distance of a stunning beach, in touching distance of the beautiful Isola del San Pietro and in a really lovely little seaside resort! The property is tastefully and beautifully decorated with love and care by Valentina, whose grandfather built the property. We stayed in Room 1 on the ground floor (Indie) and the decor was excellent quality, shower was powerful and bathroom and all fittings were brand new. The location is central yet quiet and it feels like staying with family thanks to Valentina!!!

Everything was just perfect. Usually I don’t give 10 out of 10 but here.. there was nothing to complain about. Stylish and modern furnished apartment, everything was like completely new, perfectly clean, room was quite. Apartment house is located in the center of nice village, you can park on the street without charge really close to the apartment house. And the last thing, super nice, smiley and kindly staff. I regret that we spent only 1 night there and had to move on.
