Las instalaciones bastante necesitadas de mantenimiento

Es tranquilo, vistas bonitas, para desconectar está bien esta en las montañas en un pueblito llamado fontanales lejos de todo si lo que quieres es eso este es tu sitio.

Hay muchas cosas que carece o le falta y muchos detalles que no voy a nombrar porque no es necesario pero si algo básico si tienes chicas de limpieza que pasen por la habitación, en 3 días que estuve ni una sola vez pasaron

Ładna okolica, spokojne i ciche miasteczko, z dala od masowego ruchu turystycznego. W okolicy dwie restauracje i mały sklepik. Duży, przestronny, czysty pokój. Wygodne, odpowiednio twarde łóżka. Aneks kuchenny z podstawowym wyposażeniem. Mili gospodarze.

W pokoju było bardzo wilgotno i zimno. Byliśmy tam w marcu - wieczorami na zewnątrz było około 10 stopni. Mimo że ogrzewanie wieczorami i w nocy działało, to grzejnik był za mały, żeby ogrzać tak duży pokój. W efekcie było nam zimno, musieliśmy spać pod kołdrą i kocem oraz w dodatkowych ubraniach. Wilgoć w pokoju sprawiała, że nasze ubrania też były wilgotne i pachniały wilgocią, a ręczniki w łazience nie chciały wyschnąć. Którejś nocy ogrzewanie w ogóle nie działało, przez co ręczniki i stroje kąpielowe nie miały jak wyschnąć i przez dobę były całkiem mokre. To był bardzo niekomfortowy pobyt. Być może latem nie ma tam tego problemu, ale naszym zdaniem pokój nie nadaje się na pobyt w miesiącach zimowych (marzec to teoretycznie zima, mimo że w niższych częściach wyspy panuje temperatura powyżej 20 stopni, jednak Villas El Alto znajduje się na wysokości 1000 m. n.p.m. i jest tam zdecydowanie zimniej i jest gorsza pogoda). W naszym pokoju nie działał router Wi-Fi, przez co nie mieliśmy internetu. Poinformowano nas, że internet jest dostępny we wspólnej kuchni, ale nie mieliśmy ochoty tam przebywać, ponieważ panował tam duży bałagan (brud, stare jedzenie innych gości itd.). Na szczęście nie musieliśmy korzystać z tej kuchni, ponieważ mieliśmy swój aneks kuchenny w pokoju. W pokoju nie było czajnika elektrycznego. W łazience nie było suszarki do włosów, ale dostaliśmy ją, gdy o nią poprosiliśmy.

Villas el Alto is in an exceptional location on the edge of the village of Fontanales with views over the Los Tilos conservation area. There is plenty of secure, parking shared with the other houses. The four bedroom villa we rented has a roof terrace which is great for breakfast or star gazing in the evening. We did three day walks into the mountains from the door. The signposted footpath S05 runs past the door and your can also walk up towards Mt Negro again from the front door. Our host was very friendly and helpful.

The mini supermarket in Fontanales was closed for refurbishment but there is a good supermarket in Moya on the way up from the coast with fresh fruit, vegetables, bread and a really good delicatessen counter. The kitchen is reasonably well equipped but no oven or electric kettle. There is good hob, microwave, fridge and freezer we enjoyed cooking paster dishes etc. There is no washing machine in the Villa but the staff helped us to use one of the washing machines they use for sheets etc.

We were really satisfied in this accomodation. It is in a beautiful location, where you are above the clouds and you just have amazing views! Our favourite part of the day was sitting every the morning on the terrace, enoying the sun and the calm of this place. It is also a nice place to relax by the pool or watching the stars in the night - beautiful common area with many flowers, palm trees, fruit trees and lot of space for sit. Also you are pretty close to many of the most incerdible places in Gran Canaria - not the cities, but the nature, and believe me - this accomodation is much more better that those once in big cities. Any nature lover would love this place. It has comoftable beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, garages for the cars etc. We did not have anything to complain about, 100% recommend this apartment. And the best thing of this accomodation is the owner who is there at any time, ready to help you with anything. He gave us many important tips and reccomendations that did our holiday even more unforgettable. We have never met as welcoming and kind landlord as he is. Thank you once again Miguel for everything, we would love to come again next time.

La habitación estaba muy limpia, con cocina, camas cómodas, calefactor para los días fríos que hay en la zona y vistas a la montaña
