Beautiful hotel in the city center, with spacious rooms and amazing breakfast. We got a short "city guide" shortly after check-in with a lot of points of interest. In addition to this Evghenii was quite helpful with his suggestions and service.

Excellent location, wifi and breakfast. I have asked for a desk to work on and the hotel was kind enough to give us a free upgrade. Don't make my mistake and read what facilities each room offers in advance. Note floors lower than 4 will have no view. Extremely comfortable beds. Rating without upgrade 8.0-8.5 but if some adjustments are done can easily be 9.0+ with this facility and location.

Champagne consistently not cold? Ordered a bottle for the room and it has arrived at room temp. Same at breakfast (at least this time the bottle was changed). Be careful! One day no clean up at all before ~16:30 and when they asked to clean at ~16:30 we have asked to wait 15-20min to which we were told "it's not ok because my shift is ending". Basically, clean up is when it is convenient for the staff and not for the guests? After complaint at front desk the room was eventually cleaned, except balcony. Parking is limited and included only outside the property (we had no issue to park but maybe check with hotel in advance).

Новая для меня система коммуникации с персоналом: «WhatsApp»- прекрасное и современное решение для связи с персоналом отеля. Нам позволили задержаться на час, без каких либо дополнительных оплат) Я впервые очень-очень довольна без каких-либо нареканий! Я нашла свой идеальный отель в Кишинёве) Благодарю

The location, staff, breakfast… everything was super good. They upgraded us for free. The WiFi was fast as well. They really went out of their way to keep us happy. Will surely stay again.

La qualité de vos services, notamment le sublime petit déjeuner, est véritablement exceptionnelle. Et pour couronner le tout, le petit cadeau moldave offert en fin de séjour a été une délicate attention qui m'a touché. Merci pour cette expérience inoubliable.

The hotel is furnished to a very high standard and the staff were excellent. A very good breakfast topped off with free champagne if you so wish.

Despite ordering a twin room with single beds I expected the beds to be bigger than they were, and the size of the bedding too was disappointing.

Excellent stay in such a nice calm city

This is the best hotel in Chișinău. Everything was perfect. The staff really cares about the guests comfort. They even provided a charging station for electric cars. I will definitely come back here.
