Splendida accoglienza e struttura di charm. Come indicato nel sito basta telefonare e arrivano nel giro di 10 minuti. Struttura poco distante dalle varie attrazioni di Sintra che si possono raggiungere a piedi. Posteggio libero sotto l'alloggio. Buona colazione varia e fresca. Ottimo consiglio per la cena Era il giorno del compleanno di mio marito e ci hanno fatto avere in camera una bottiglia di vino e dei cioccolatini in omaggio

Arrivare a Sintra con l'auto può rivelarsi un'esperienza complicata ...ma non è colpa della struttura

Es ist alles in die Jahre gekommen, alles Renovierungs bedürftig. Wir hatten Zimmer Nr 1: Tapete lose, Bett Matratze auf ein gestellt. Bad noch funktionsfähig, Dusche ekelhaft (Schimmel).

La gentillesse et les bons conseils de Juan. Le petit déjeuner était également très bon. La localisation idéale.

L'odeur dans la chambre. La mauvaise insonorisation. J'ai oublié la doudoune nike de mon fils dans le placard, j'ai envoyé un message quelques jours après et je n'ai pas eu de réponse. J'ai dû repartir en France sans le blouson.

I was a bit worried based on other reviews but at the end it all went well. The place is very nice and charming inside. The owner prepared an extra bed for us too and it was comfortable. It was just one night so a quick stay. Location is good as we came by car. We walked to Quinta de Regaleria with kids the next day. The Inn is at the spot where the 2 way road becomes a 1 way road. We came just after 6pm so stopped at a great free street parking just few meters before the inn (and it meant we could turn to the direction back the other afternoon when leaving and would not get stuck in the one way very slow and busy traffic (around 3pm). Breakfast was ok, only cold food but for one time ok. I don`t understand the 4 star rating compared to other places we visited but so be it, it was enough and sufficient for us. The reception is attended only when you previously call. The property advises 15 minutes ahead. But I advise more (30 min). Also make sure you check the number you call as their automatic message has an error in the number and the other one is not working (I searched for the correct number elsewhere and called, we told the owner, hopefully he will fix it). No air-conditioning but it was not necessary. Window at the road but not noisy, all good.

Lovely accommodations. Decor was warm and inviting! Pool and outdoor space was a nice plus! Great breakfast too! The breakfast staff kept everything full and clean. Highly recommend Charm Inn for a stay in Sintra.

Everything was good. The staff was pretty kind, the breakfast was delicious and the run, loved.

In the majority time there is no one at the hotel reception and in my point of view it's not good.
